Our bar package includes the Basic Package plus 1 bartender and a cash bar for up to 30 people.

*A $100 non-refundable deposit is required with each private reservation.
Deposit will be applied to final event cost. Deposits must be paid in person at The Lot via cash or card. We do not accept checks.

With music, games, TV's, and a full bar, The Lot is the perfect place to hold any fun, casual event. Seat up to 36 in the comfort of our weather-proof heated/cooled patio, and up to 75 utilizing the surrounding outdoor seating. Check out our rental packages below, submit a request, and let us help you create a memorable get-together for employees, friends, kids, and families!
There is no charge for semi-private events held during regular business hours. Please submit request form for reservations.
Private events: Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed only
*Basic Package - $175/hr
Our basic package includes exclusive use of all The Lot's exterior facilities, games, TV/Music system, and restrooms. Our crew will take care of all set up and clean up. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, non-alcoholic beverages, and food; or we can connect you with one of our outstanding food trucks to provide food service.
*Semi-Private Event - Free
We can reserve up to 4 tables under our covered patio during regular business hours. This is seating for approximately 18 people. Outside food or drinks are not permitted for semi-private events with the exception of cakes or other desserts for special occasions. Please note that we can only hold tables for 10 minutes after the scheduled event time, to ensure seating please arrive on time for your reservation. We do not offer semi-private events on days that we are closed to the public.
