The story of The Lot began when Ada residents, Karen & John Hudson, purchased the last vacant lot on the east end of Main Street. At first it was just going to be a place where the area’s growing number of specialty food trucks could park. But the vacant lot’s location in the heart of Ada’s emerging Arts District called for much more than just a dinner stop-off.
The vision for the vacant lot ultimately became The Lot - a unique and trendy open-air venue with that casual, laid-back vibe we Oklahomans love. It’s Ada’s patio, a place you can eat delicious food truck fare with your family, bring your dog, enjoy an alcoholic beverage, watch sports on TV, join a corn hole game, hang out with your friends, listen to live music, or sip mimosas and Bloody Marys while savoring a weekend brunch.
Featuring 8 beer taps, a full service bar, outdoor TV’s, heaters, misters, games, music, and clean restrooms, The Lot is just steps away from East Central University and many other inviting dining and entertainment offerings in the Arts District.
